Theron’s Frozen Custard is a cold dessert similar to frozen yogurt, made with eggs in addition to cream and sugar. In the United States the FDA requires it to contain at least 10% milkfat and 1.4% egg yolk solids. If it has less egg yolk solids, it is considered ice cream. Theron’s Frozen Custard is more dense than ice cream or frozen yogurt as it contains less air. Come in today for a free sample!
